The Department is guided by the vision, mission and core values of MUT. The Department vision is to provide excellent sports, games and recreation services and it’s mission is to provide facilities and equipment to nurture talents through coaching, training and participation in order to support the University in producing holistic graduates

For physically and emotionally healthy students, MUT has continued to ensure that students participate in co – curricular activities. Games and Sports department endeavors to promote physical and mental fitness of students at the University. Students participate in both outdoor and indoor activities, which include football, volleyball, handball, basketball, hockey, rugby, netball, athletics/field events and in-door games such as badminton, table tennis, karate for both men and ladies.
