The Murang’a University Technology basketball team performed remarkably well during the Kenya University Sports Federation (KUSF) Championships that took place at Embu University on March 1st-2nd, 2025. The team clinched the 2nd place, fighting fiercely against top rival teams from all over the region.
MUT players have proved their mettle in all matches right from the opening bout to the finals where they showed very high skills levels, with teamwork and resilience turned out to be pure strokes of genius from the viewers as well as opponents. Thrilling moments, good strategic offensive plays, victories over institutes will always form part of the reminiscences that will identify them as the preeminent players in university basketball.
