EAC Scholarship Programme – Cohort 4
The Inter-University Council for East Africa (IUCEA) invites suitably qualified nationals of the East African Community (EAC) to apply for Cohort 4 of the EAC Scholarship Programme to pursue two-year Master's studies in an EAC Partner State other than their country of citizenship.

Applicants must complete both stages:
Visit the University website and apply for admission to one of the four eligible Master's programmes, indicating your intention to apply for the EAC Scholarship Programme.
Complete the online EAC Scholarship application form and submit the required supporting documents as prescribed in the call. The scholarship application opens on 20 August 2026.
Applicants may apply for more than one eligible programme and/or university, but each programme requires a separate scholarship application and complete set of supporting documents.
